ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday arrested a Proclaimed Offender, Sibtain Kazmi at Islamabad International Airport, who was wanted in the alleged murder of Head of Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan (SSP), Maulana Azam Tariq.According to FIA here, an amount of Rs. one million had been declared as head-money by government for his arrest.
He was apprehended while attempting to flee to Manchester, via Doha on Qatar Airline flight No. QR-633 on a United Kingdom (UK) Resident Card. First Information Report (FIR) had been registered against the accused in Golra Police Station, Islamabad in 2003.
