FIA arrests four suspects involved in human smuggling

MULTAN: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested four suspects, Ayaz Abbasi, Hassan Bukhsh, Muhammad Ramzan and Nawab Khan, who extorted millions of rupees from various people on the pretext of providing them employment in Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

Sources told Customs Today that the FIA launched the investigation against alleged fraudster Ayaz Hussain and managed to arrest him after three months efforts. The suspect received Rs 788,000 from Abid Hussain for sending him abroad and Rs 160,000 from Praveen Bibi in the name of sending her for Umrah but never provided her visa and passport. He also received Rs 600,000 from three bothers Saleem, Naeem and Nawaz for sending them to Dubai on independent visas. Other suspects, Hassan Bukhsh and Nawab Khan also committed frauds in the name of sending people abroad.
