FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a suspect named Naeem Ahmed for his alleged involvement in Hundi and illegal currency exchange business.
FIA Deputy Director Imam Zahdi along with his team raided an illegal money exchange shop named as Naeem Currency Exchange located at Chanab Nagar near Chiniot City.
The team seized foreign currency 10 Hong Kong Dollars, 3.7 million Iranian Riyal, 40 Saudi Riyal, 21 Norway Corona and Rs 105, 000. The seized currency was recovered from his possession. The FIA registered a FIR No. 83/16 under Section 4 of FERA, 1947.
