FIA arrests seven human traffickers from Gujranwala division

SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Gujranwala Division has nabbed seven human traffickers-cum-proclaimed offenders.

According to sources Deputy Director FIA Khalid Anees constituted a raiding team under the supervision of Inspector Waqar Awan. The FIA team raided Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Mandi Bahawaldin and Narowal.

During the raid, the team nabbed seven human traffickers-cum-proclaimed offenders who were identified as Nadeem, Azeem, Waqar Aslam, Numan Ali, Ayub Baig, Tariq Mehmood and Arshad. The team recovered fake visas,documents, letterheads of several embassies and companies as well as stamps of embassies and companies.

The nabbed accused was involved in illegal business of human trafficking since long and they were declared as proclaimed offenders by FIA.The accused sent people abroad Turkey,Russia,Hong Kong, Thailand,japan,Malta etc.on fake visas and documents.The FIA have registered the cases against accused and further investigations are underway.
