FIA arrests three notorious human traffickers

LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested three human traffickers during two successful raids in Lahore.

Sources told Customs Today that anti-human trafficking cell of the agency raided a locality of the city and arrested Muhammad Mansha and Muhammad Yasir Faruqi.

In another action of FIA, a suspect, Muhammad Ansar, was alledegly involved in sending people abroad on fake documents. The FIA has registered cases against the culprits under sections of human smuggling and fraud with citizens.

The arrested accused were involved in sending innocent citizens to foreign countries on bogus documents and also looted millions of rupees from them. The FIA also recovered fake passports and currency of different countries from them. A number of complaints were registered against them. The FIA has shifted them to unidentified place for investigations.
