FIA arrests two employees of PIA

LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration Cell  deputed at Allama Iqbal International Airport arrested two employees of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) who facilitated a passengers to obtain forge boarding card.

Sources told Customs Today that passenger Muhammad Akram obtained two boarding passes with the help of two employees of the PIA to travel to Toronto.

Now the FIA has detained the employees, Asif Arzani, Hammad Butt, and travel agent Nasir Mehmood.

The FIA has registered a case no. 716/15 dated 23-07-15 u/s 17 EO 406/34 PPC & 5(2)47 PCA  while further investigations are in process.
