LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested two notorious human traffickers during operations in different areas of Gurat.
The anti-human trafficking cell of the agency raided a locality at Gujrat and arrested Sajjadul Hassan Ali Shah. In another raid, the FIA team arrested Azhar Iqbal son of Ghulam Rasool from another location and registered cases against the suspects under sections of human smuggling and fraud with citizens.
The FIA also recovered passports and currency of different countries from their possession. Lot of complaints were registered against them in this regard.
The arrested accused persons were involved in sending innocent citizens to foreign countries on fake documents and also looted million of rupees from them. The agency has shifted them to unknown place for further investigations and prosecution.
