SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested two notorious human traffickers Ramzan and Asim, from outskirts of Lahore after an encounter. The accused were wanted by FIA in several cases of human trafficking.
Deputy Director FIA Gujranwala Region Ch Khalid Anees told Customs Today that on a tip off the FIA team led by Assistant Director Ch. Muhammad Sarwar raided at a den located at the outskirts of Lahore. The FIA arrested both of the notorious human traffickers from there after an hour-long encounter with them.
The accused were stated to be the king of the illegal business of sending the innocent people abroad especially European, African and Gulf countries after extorting big amounts from them by showing them the golden dreams of their lucid future abroad.
FIA sent the accused behind the bars after registering a case against them. Further investigations were underway, in this regard
