FIA nabs accused travelling on fake passport

LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team deputed at Allama Iqbal International Airport has arrested an accused who was making attempt to travel on fake passport from Saudi Arabia to Lahore.

According to spokesperson of FIA a passenger namely Muhammad Yasir son of Muhammad Khalil who is a resident of village Chidran Azad Kashmir (fake name   Sajjad Khan son of Amir Khan ) arrived by flight No NL 718 from Saudi Arabia and presented his passport no HX 1988651 for immigration clearance which  was found fake .

During interrogation he disclosed that he got this passport from an agent namely Ashraf in lieu of 500 riyal in Saudi Arabia. FIA team arrested the accused after registering a case against him and started investigations.
