FIA seizes smuggled, unregistered drugs from Okara

LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has seized smuggled, spurious and unregistered drugs from a drug company in Okara and arrested two persons for their alleged involvement in the activity.

According to FIA sources, a raid was conducted on July 2, 2015, in Okara under the supervision of FIA Assistant Director Asif Ali Mian, Lahore. The raiding team recovered spurious, unbranded, without warranty, unregistered and smuggled drugs from the business premises of M/s Imran Medical Company, Okara.
