FIA team recovers 37 mobile phones, 30 kg 4445 Boostin-S injections worth Rs12m

LAHORE: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team has recovered 37 mobile phones and a bag about 30 kg having 4445 Boostin-S injections from a passenger. The market value of seized mobile phones and boostin injections is around Rs12 million.

Sources told Customs Today that a passenger who was later identified as  Wahid Khan son of Bakht Rawaan arrived at Multan Airport from UAE via Bahrain on flight GF-788.

The passenger was found suspicious for having low profile and a number of foreign visits. Due to his low profile and excessive travelling, Kausar Rukhsana SI / Shift Incharge with her team Assad Noman FC, Muhammad Asif FC, Ghulam Hussain FC interrogated the suspect and during search of his hand carry and luggage and body search 37 mobile phones and and a bag about 30 kg having 4445 Boostin-S injections were recovered from him.

The estimated value of these banned /unregistered injections is more than 12 million rupees. The injections have been seized by the Drug Inspector Bosan Town, Mr Rashid Khan Buzdar and a case has been registered at FIA Crime Circle Multan against passenger Wahid Khan and his associates under the provisions of relevant laws. Investigation has been entrusted to SHO Zahid Abbas.
