SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has decided to place advertisements and sketches of human traffickers in national newspapers.
Deputy Director FIA Khalid Anees informed Customs Today that a notification to freeze bank accounts and seal properties owned by human traffickers has recently been issued. He said that the FIA is also taking measures to block SIMs used by human traffickers. He said that the FIA has finalized a list of 400 human traffickers who are running illegal business of sending innocent people abroad after extorting huge amounts from them.
Khalid Anees said that any person who found involved in human trafficking will be dealt with an iron hand.
