“In order to streamline and improve operations relating to the transshipment scheme, a module for LCL transshipment cargo has been developed and deployed in WeBOC system on December 15, 2015, which is ready for use,” it added.

“This module will allow transshipment of LCL cargo from on-dock and off-dock terminals of the Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement-East, Appraisement-West and Port Qasim.

The carrier shall ensure that goods relating to only one specific custom-station are loaded on one conveyance. The module facilitates transshipment from single point of entry to single point of destination”, it said.

“All stakeholders are hereby informed to file TP-LCL GDs through WeBOC for automated clearance.”
