Finance Minister Ishaq Dar to address FBR officials on July 12

ISLAMABAD: Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar will address the officials of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and field formations officials on July 12 at the FBR House.

According to details, Secretary Security and Management Syed Farooq Jamil already issued a notification in this regard. All officials are bound to attend the function. At the end of function, Ishaq Dar will host a dinner in honour of the FBR officials. Sources said that this function is being arranged to celebrate achievement of revenue collection target. Sources said that during the function those officials who showed outstanding performance in achieving revenue collection target will be awarded shields, while finance minister will also announce special incentives and rewards for FBR officials. This function is being arranged on the desire of federal finance minister.   The main purpose to hold these kind of functions is to motivate staff to work more devotedly for next Financial Year.
