Starting December 14th, phytosanitary certificates will be required to import berry crops (including those for personal consumption) from the Russian Federation to the territory of Finland.

This decision was made in connection with the amendments to the EU directive regarding import restrictions for certain types of fruit crops. At the moment, citizens of the Russian Federation can import up to 3 kg of berries into Finland without a phytosanitary certificate for personal consumption.
