ISLAMABAD: The Air Freight Unit (AFU) has forwarded its required demands to the Federal Board of Revenue to run the AFU customs station at the new international airport Islamabad. The first Hajj flight will take off from the new Islamabad airport on July 21, 2017.

According to AFU, new infrastructure nears completion. The new Islamabad airport is huge in capacity and will get control over the newly built large premises. The AFU needs a lot of people and other things to run the new airport.
