TALLAHASSEE: Jail nurse Robin Yanda, 25, was arrested on seven counts of smuggling contraband into a detention facility, and all seven of those counts were added to 24-year-old inmate Robert Loveland.
A Florida jail nurse took making her boyfriend snacks to a new level and is now behind bars.
Robin Yanda, 24, was arrested June 1 for allegedly smuggling drug sandwiches to Robert Loveland, a 24-year-old inmate at Lee County jail.
The two jailbirds were found to have had more than 290 phone conversations since November discussing their love and ways for Yanda to smuggle items into jail.

Yanda is being charged with seven counts of smuggling contraband. She was allegedly hiding drugs between two pieces of bread and handing it over to Loveland as a diabetic snack, investigators said.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office told media that Yanda has been fired. She’s currently being held at her old workplace on a bond of $35,000.
