FLORIDA:The replacement for board member Walter Ketcham at the Central Florida Expressway Authority, Andria Herr, 53, of Lake Mary introduced herself Thursday during an agency meeting.Appointed by Gov. Rick Scott last week, Herr is president of Hylant Orlando, an insurance brokerage firm, and a member of the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
Ketcham had served since 2009, when the agency was smaller and called the Orlando Orange County Expressway Authority. He was chairman from 2010 until last year, a period that saw much upheaval among board members and administration.Ketcham, who had sought to retain his position on the board, remained with the agency after his term lapsed. That leaves Herr with less than a full term that ends in 2018.
