FLORIDA: Gov. Rick Scott declared five new appointments and two reappointments on to a variety of statewide regulatory boards. Scott announced one appointment and two reappointments to the Northwest Florida Transportation Corridor Authority.
NFTCA works to improve mobility, enhance traveler safety, provide for hurricane evacuation routes, and promote economic development in Northwest Florida is the chair and chief executive officer of Legendary LLC. He currently serves on the Gulf Consortium. Bos fills a vacant seat for a term August 10, 2017.
James “Jim” Anders, 64, of Seacrest, is the owner of Anders Real Estate and Timber Co. He previously served on the First Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Anders is reappointed for a term ending August 10, 2017.
