Earlier on Thursday APFMA had said that they will stop washing wheat  from Friday and all 1,350 mills will not supply flour.

He said that no GST is imposed on ‘chokar’ (bran) across the world, but now tax has been imposed on it first time in Pakistan.

He called for immediate withdrawal of seven percent GST on bran otherwise they would be forced to increase the price of flour.

Now APFMA has taken back their decision and also thanked to Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif for his personal interest to resolve this issue.
