Ford Figo Aspire Engine Specifications and Transmission
The Ford Figo Aspire will be made available in three engine and two transmission options. The base variant is powered by a 1.2-litre Ti-VCT petrol engine that churns out a maximum power output 88PS and a peak torque of 112Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to front wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.
The oil burner is the familiar 1.5-litre TDCI Duratorq unit that also powers the Fiesta and the EcoSport. This engine is capable of producing 100PS of power and 215Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to front wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox.
The range topping Ford Figo Aspire is propelled by a 1.5-litre Ti-VCT motor that produces 112PS of power and 136Nm of torque. This engine is paired to a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that sends the power to front wheels.
