LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League PMLN Trader Wing President and former Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) vice president Nasir Saeed died Friday after a sever cardiac arrest at a traders function at Hafiz Centre.
It was said that after the heart attack Nasir Saeed was rushed to Punjab Institute of Cardiology where the doctors tried their best to save his life but failed.
Nasir Saeed was a popular traders’ leader and had a serious of landmark developments and resolved various issues with his vision to make Lahore an economic hub.
He had been working as the bridge between the PMLN leadership and traders and industrialists of city Lahore.
Being the vice president of Lahore Chamber of LCCI, he brought about a number of far-reaching reforms for the betterment of the traders and industrialists.
With the sudden news of his death, traders and industrialist community of the city felt a deep sense of sorrow and perplexity.
Traders’ bodies have announced suspension of commercials activities while LCCI President Abdul Basit also cancelled all functions and activities in LCCI on Saturday to mourn the death of the legendry traders’ leader Nasir Saeed.
