Four Customs officers promoted to BS-18

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has promoted four officer BS-17 officers of Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) to BS-18.

According to the notification, the decision was taken in meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee held on Jan 15, 2015. The committee recommended Muhammad Ilyas, Assistant Director, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit, Lahore; Nazia Saleem, Directorate of Reforms and Automation (Customs), Karachi; Sobia Kiran, Assistant Collector, Model Customs Collectorate of Appraisement, Lahore and Amanullah Soomro, Assistant Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication-I), Karachi, for promotion to BS-18 on Regular/Temporary basis subject to completion of their satisfactory PERs without adverse remarks for specific period. The officers have been directed to complete the PERs on priority.
