FPCCI appoints M. Abdulllah as convener of Central Standing Committee on EPZs

KARACHI: Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry President Engr. Daroo Khan Achakzai has appointed Muhammad Abdullah as convener of FPCCI’s Central Standing Committee on “Export Processing Zones” for the year 2019.

He is also authorized to select and appoint professional and experienced persons throughout the country as members (maximum nine members) of the committee from the relevant field/sector within seven days who can contribute effectively by sparing time/travelling for the meeting/activities of the committee.

He is advised that the committee should hold at least one meeting in a quarter and a summary of actions taken by the committee may please be furnished to the president for the information of the executive committee. The performance and contribution of the committee will also be highlighted/ published in performance report of FPCCI. TORs/SOPs of FPCCI standing committee for the year 2019 are also forwarded. He is asked to keep close coordination with the secretariat of the FPCCI for any guidance/assistance which may be required to make the committee successful.
