ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Standing Committee Chairman Ishtiaq Qureshi on Monday said that Pakistan should take up issue of ban on the export of manpower to Kuwait and visas to Pakistani citizens.
In a statement issued here, he said that Pakistan citizens have played very important role in the progress and prosperity of Kuwait. He said that earlier one million Pakistanis were working in Kuwait which had now reduced to only 100,000 due to ban on new visas. He said that due to ban, India was taking advantage. He said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif should take up this issue with the Kuwaiti government.
