KARACHI: Acting President, Federation of Pakistan Chambers and Industry, Manzoor-ul-Haq Malik on Wednesday said Pakistan’s business community has been doing its best for economic prosperity and development of the country besides many constraints.
In his statement here, Malik said the business community had contributed a lot to the national exchequer. Not only they submit their tax returns in time but wait for a long period for getting their tax refunds.
FPCCI had been consulting with the business representatives from all over the country for giving recommendations to the government for reforms in the tax system ; making it more practical and attractive to the taxpayers.
He assured that FPCCI, being the apex trade body of the country, would continue to cooperate and support the Federal and Provincial governments in their efforts for promoting trade and industry, and for the social development.
