France wine exports dip to 10.8bn euro as China export drops 17%

PARIS: France wine export plunged to 10.8 billion euro both in value and volume. Export to Belgium remained stable, but Chinese export dropped 17%.

In 2014, France exported 10.8 billion euros worth of wine and liquor, according to the Fédération des Exportateurs de Vins et Spiritueux français (FEVS), which is nearly 3 % lower than the year before.
