FST adjourns hearing of cases filed by FBR employees

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Monday adjourned hearing of cases filed by employees of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

FST DBs comprising of tribunal Chairman Justice(r) Syed Zahid Hussain and M Javed Iqbal Kasi; and another bench comprising Members, Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed heard the cases through which the appellants had challenged different administrative measures of FBR.

The former bench heard four cases carrying submissions on ‘promotion’; while the later one would hear ‘promotion’, ‘regularization of acting charge’ and other relating cases. The bench dated in office the hearing of cases. FST administration of would schedule the next date of hearing.

Muhammad Amin, Abdul Hamid Khan, Aslam Javed Butt and Idrees Ahmed had filed promotion cases set to be heard by the bench headed by chairman.

Another bench of FST comprising of Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed also adjourned hearing of cases filed by Syed Sultan Abbas (Implementation), Muhammad Yasin (Regularization of Acting charge Promotion) and Fazle Kareem’s case on Ante-date Promotion.
