FST adjourns hearing of complaints filed against FBR till Friday

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Friday adjourned hearing of complaints filed against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for not granting promotion to its employees.

A division bench of Federal Service Tribunal comprising Tribunal Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed heard the cases and adjourned till next Friday.

These promotion cases were filed by M Asfahani and Alam Talpur. The appellants ha prayed the tribunal to direct the board on granting them due promotion at the department. The had sought promotion to the BPS-16.

The bench on Friday again directed the counsels to submit assisting documents and final their arguments by next date of hearing.
