FST adjourns hearing of complaints filed by FBR employees on Monday

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of Federal Service Tribunal (FST) dated in office the hearing of service matters submitted by employees of Federal Board of Revenue.

The FST benches, comprising Ishtiaq Ahmed and Syed M Hamid; and Ishtiaq Ahmed and M Javed Iqbal Kasi, resumed the hearing on complaints filed by the FBR employees under the head of ‘reversion’, ‘implementation’ and ‘increment’.

Ishtiaq Ahmed and Syed M Hamid heard the case filed by Jan Muhammad Afridi. The appellant had named Regional Tax Office the respondent in the case filed during 2012 and was pending still for decision. Appellant’s submission carried ‘implementation’ matter.

Ishtiaq Ahmed and M Javed Iqbal Kasi continued hearing on cases filed by Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Ishtiaque and Aurangzeb challenging reversion. They had filed their cases in 2016.

On the last hearing, benches had directed the concerned counsels, appellants and defendants, to submit documents and brief on arguments before the tribunal before next hearing.
