Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed held hearing of complaints submitted by Habib Ahmed, Muhammad Yasin and Muhammad Saleem. The bench adjourned hearing for further arguments following request by the counsel of board for time.

Ahmed, who filed this petition in 2011, had submitted in the tribunal that board’s administration had been ignoring FST’s old decision, thereby had not provided him relief granted to him by the tribunal.

Yasin and Slaeem had submitted their complaints at tribunal in 2016. They had asked the tribunal to direct board on their promotion which they had been denied in violation of board’s rules and regulations.

The other bench of FST, of Syed Muhammad Hamid and Javed Iqbal Kasi, dated in office the cases as the bench was busy with hearing of other cases. These were the ‘antedation promotion’ cases filed by Muhammad Naeem Khan, Syed Rashid Hussain and Muhammad Bin Yamin.
