FST adjourns hearing of complaints filed by FBR employees on Wednesday

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal dated in office the hearing of a number of cases after reserving decision in a case carrying complaint against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

A division bench of the FST comprising members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi, heard the petitions carrying complaints on promotion and suspension matters.

The bench reserved decision on Gulraiz Ahmed Raza’s complaint against his suspension. The petition was pending with the bench for months.  The bench reserved the decision with submission of related records by sides.

The bench dated in office hearing of several other cases. Appellants Amjad Farooq, Naveed Ali Khan, Shahzad Muhammad Aamir, Gohar Ali, Asim Muhammad, Mehboob Ali, Waqar Ahmed, Sayyar Ahmed, Khan Hameed, Adam Khan, Noor Hussain, Muhammad Mukhtiar and Fazal Hussain had filed complaints about promotion before the tribunal.

Another FST bench of held hearings on Abida Aslam Rathore plea on reversion, Noureen Safia’s plea on discharge from service, Asif Jamal’s plea on promotion and Muhammad Aslam’s petition about promotion and regularization.
