Members Rafique Shah and Dr Nazir would hear implementation case filed by Muhammad Slaeem, and another ‘current charge’ case filed by Iqbal Minhas.

The bench was also schedule to hear promotion cases filed by Sajjad Ahmed, Slaeek Akhtar, Ghulam Akbar Chandio, Sohail Ahmed Qureshi, Sajjad Ahmed, Saleem Akbar and Ch Muhammad Aslam. They had filed cases challenging administrative measures taken by the board regarding promotion of appellants. The bench had adjourned hearing of promotion cases in the last week while the rest were added to the agenda since they were filed recently.

Through ‘promotion’ cases, the appellants had filed petitions carrying complaints about un-granted promotion by the board. They had prayed the tribunal to direct the board to award them their rightful promotion which they had not been granted despite serving for years at the board.

The appellants asked the tribunal to take notice of undue delay regarding their promotion by the board and issue necessary directives to the board in their cases.

The appellants had prayed the tribunal to hold speedy hearing of their complaints and dispose them office at the earliest in order to bring justice to them.

Meanwhile, another bench of Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear four implementation matters filed by Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed and Said Hussain. These cases were filed recently and no objection was filed by the department in this regard.
