FST benches will hear cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear plenty of cases on Thursday (today), challenging the Federal Board of Revenue’s ‘promotion’ and ‘incentive’ policy.

A division bench of the FST comprising Syed Muhammad Hamid and Ishtiaq Ahemd will hear such applications filed by Shafqat Mahmud, Khalid Mahmood and Zahid Parvez. The petitioners had challenged the FBR’s decisions regarding their promotion, seniority and increment.

Another bench of the FST comprising Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Nazir Saeed will hear matter of dismissal of Tariq Tanveer and another application regarding implementation filed by Jan Muhammad Afridi.

Third bench with members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi will hear Muhammad Mumtaz’s review petition.
