FST benches will hear complaints filed against FBR on Monday

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of Federal Service Tribunal will hear complaints against FBR on not-allowing “promotion” and “implementation” on coming Monday.

FST division bench comprising Members, Dr Nazir Saeed and Ishtiaq Ahmed would hear five cases filed seeking implemtantion and “antedation promotion”.

Appellants Waseem Iqbal, Ajnum Waheed Ahmed and Said Hussain Abassi had filed cases seeking implementation over decisions given by FST earlier. Fazle Kareem and Muhammad Musharaf had filed “antedation promotion” and review cases respectively.

A bench of Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Syed Rafique Hussain Shah would hear a case of “antedation promotion” filed by Mazhar Iqbal.
