FST benches will hear eight petitions filed by FBR employees on Monday

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) would hear eight cases filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Monday.

A division bench of the FST comprising Members Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear a couple of cases filed by Pervez Esbhani and Mohabat Khan Mandkhail. Both appellant had filed matters relating to on-going inquiry at FBR about their official conduct.

Same bench would also hear appeals related to promotion issue filed by Naimat Ullah, Tahir Aslam, Atta Muhammad, Abdul Ali Akbbari and Amjad Ali. They submitted that had not be yet granted to them despite serving for years.

Another bench of FST comprising Members Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear a single dismissal matter filed by FBR employee Tariq Tanveer.
