FST divisional bench to hear cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: A divisional bench of the Federal Service Tribunal will hear over a dozen cases filed by employees of the Federal Board of Revenue on Monday (today).

The bench comprising Chairman FST, Justice (r) Sayed Zahid Hussain and Member Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear the cases involving matters of ‘promotion’, ‘dismissal from services’, ‘implementation’ and ‘officiating charge.’

Details showed that implementation case had been filed by Muhammad Suleman Javed and matter of officiating charge was filed by Adnan Khurshid Cheema. Both the employees of the FBR had submitted their cases before the tribunal during 2016 on which the department had yet not filed objections.

Other employees including Attique Ahmed Abbasi, Naseer Ahmed Minhas, Zeeshan Zafar, Mian Muhammad Shahzad, Mian Asif Mehmood, Muhammad Sajid, Ahmad Din, Rizwan Jillani, Muhammad Younas, Muhammad Hussain, Muhammad Rafique, and Abdul Basit had filed complaint regarding their promotion at FBR.
