FST hears ten FBR ‘services’ cases

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Tuesday heard as many as ten cases carrying complaints pertaining to services matter of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and its field offices.

FST’s four benches heard the cases which contained matter of promotion, up-gradation and interim relief.

Fazal Kareem, an employee of FBR filed a petition about ante-date promotion. The bench hearing his case adjourned proceedings till November 18.

Syed Sajjad submitted a complaint about RTO’s, Peshawar decision, and his case was adjourned to October 27,  while Hafiz Shabbier, Raja Haq, Syed Hashim, Shahabuddin Bhatti, and Sheraz Qaisar filed cases seeking up-gradation. FST bench hearing these cases admitted them for hearing on November 4.

Waseem Hassan, Ijaz Ahmed and Raja Ishtiaq filed cases seeking interim relief. The bench hearing their cases adjourned the hearing till October 8 for further proceedings.
