Complaint about un-granted promotion was filed by Faisal Irshad. He had filed this complaint during 2015 which was still pending for decision before the tribunal. However, the department had now filed its response over the case.

M Arshad Bhatti and M Javed Iqbal Kasi heard the case filed by Ghulam Jamil. The appellant had filed this case in 2012 and yet was waiting for decision.

This case is carrying a complaint for implementation over tribunal’s earlier decision. The appellant had prayed the tribunal to ensure him the provision of justice which had yet not taken place since the tribunal decision had not been implemented by the department.
