FST reserves decision on complaints filed by FBR

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) reserved a decision on an implementation complaint filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) by Abbas Rashid.

Ishtiaq Ahmed and M Javed Iqbal Kasi heard the final arguments in the case and reserved the decision. The same bench heard the cases, asking the tribunal to ensure implementation over its earlier announced decision which was not yet complied with by the board authorities.

Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Ishtiaque and Aurangzeb had filed these cases, challenging different decisions of the board. They had filed their cases in 2016.

The bench also dated in office hearing on other ‘implementation’ and ‘special allowance’ complaints filed by employees of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

In the meantime, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed adjourned hearing of cases filed by Waseem Iqbal, Anjum, Said Hussain Abbasi and Abdul Sattar.

Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed, and Said Hussain Abbasi had filed complaints on ‘Implementation’ while Abdul Sattar had submitted a complaint about ‘Withholding of three increment’.
