Reply sought from FBR on complaints filed by employees

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal issued notices to Federal Board of Revenue administration due to non-payment of special allowances cases filed by employees of board.

FST bench comprising Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and and Dr Nazir Saeed heard cases carrying complaints about non-payment of special allowances equal to hundred percent salary of each employ.

Muhammad Tariq, Riaz Saleem, M Amir, Syed Mehdi Husnain, Ghulam Abbas, M Jamil, Aslam Pervaiz, Faisal Idrees, Khalid Hameed, Nazir Ahmed, Moazzam Sohail, Imran Nawaz, Abdul Jabbar, Muhammad Iqbal and others had filed the complaints about release of special allowance equal to 100 percent salary.

The bench and issued notices to parties including the board. The bench would resume hearing on the matter in coming days again.

Meanwhile, bench adjourned hearing on cases including Anjum Waheed, and Said Hussain Abbasi’s complaints on ‘implementation’ while Abdul Sattar’s complaint about ‘withholding of three increments’.
