Appellants M Taimur and M Jamil filed petitions regarding implementation of FST decisions by the FBR. They had been granted their due promotion but yet the FBR had not implemented tribunal’s orders in letter and spirit. They had pleaded the tribunal to ensure implementation over its earlier given decisions.

The bench also heard Shafqat Mahmud’s complaint about ‘promotion’; Khalid Mehmood’s case of ‘seniority’; Ghulafm Ishaq Kiyani and Ata ur Rehman’s cases on ‘withholding of two annual increments’.

The bench also heard Inam ul Haque’ appeal on ‘implementation’-the matter pending for decision since 2009; Ejaz Ahmed Bajwa’ appeal on ‘restoration of appeal’; Ghulafm Ishaq Kiyani’s appeal on ‘withholding of two annual increments’ and Attaur Rehman’s compliant on regarding withholding of allowance. Hearing of all these matters was adjourned to different dates.
