FST settles several complaints filed by FBR employees

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal on Tuesday disposed of cases about ‘increment’ and special allowance filed against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). FST bench comprising Members Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed heard the case.

The bench also heard arguments on ‘implementation’ and ‘increment’ complaints filed by employees of FBR Muhammad Boota and cases filed by M Waheed, and others. The bench diposed of M. Waheed’s increment matter.

The same bench bench also disposed of special allowance petition filed by Rasheed and disposed of the same with directives to the department to hear the appellant’s appeal pending before board’s administration.

The bench also dated in office cases submitted by Waseem Iqbal, and Said Hussain Abbasi on ‘implementation’ while Abdul Sattar had submitted a complaint about ‘withholding of three increments’.
