ISLAMABAD: A division bench of Federal Service Tribunal, headed by Chairman Justice (R) Syed Zahid Hussain, would hear four implementation cases filed by employees of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Friday.

The bench comprising Justice (R) Syed Zahid Hussain and Syed Muhammad Hamid would hear the cases filed by Akbar Ali Shad, Qaiser Khan, Taj Muhammad and Ahmed Saeed.

They had filed these complaints against the FBR administration. The bench had adjourned hearing of these cases couple of months ago.

These appellants had also filed submissions about ‘implementation’ and had prayed the tribunal to direct the board to implement the tribunal’s orders regarding their submissions.

They had complained about board’s lethargy and submitted that the board administration had not taken bench’s order serious and did not comply with the orders.

They asked the tribunal to bring justice to them by ensuring implementation over the tribunal’s orders.

It is pertinent to mention that a large number of complaints is pending with the tribunal carrying similar substance. Almost all the appellants had asked the tribunal to take strict notice of board’s weariness about the employees affairs.
