FST to hear four service matters filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of Federal Service Tribunal will hear four of service matters on the last working day (Friday) before Eidul Azha.

FST division bench comprising Members, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Muhammad Arshad Bhatti would hear the cases filed by Tariq Tanveer, Noreen Safia, Muhammad Iqbal and Habib Ahmed.

These appellant had filed cases challenging dismissal from services, and implementation. Tanveer and Noreen had filed cases on dismissal from service and Iqbal and Habib had made submission about implementation of FST earlier given decision pertaining to their promotion.

The appellants had prayed the tribunal to direct the Federal Board of Revenue on implementing the tribunal’s decisions and allowing them to serve on the posts from where they had been asked to spare services.

It is pertinent to mention that the tribunal would hold hearing for last time on Friday before Eidul Azha.
