FST to hear over dozen service matters filed by employees of FBR today

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) is all set to hear around a dozen service matters filed by employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Thursday.

A division bench of the FST comprising Members, Ishtiaq Ahemd and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear several promotion matters along with few other matters carrying submissions regarding ‘grant of annual increment’, ‘seniority’, and ‘reduction to lower stages’.

According to details of cases, Riaz Ali had filed a ‘grant of annual increment’ matter recently in which the department had yet not filed any objection.

Muhammad Ishaq filed a ‘seniority’ matter while Wilayat Ali Shah submitted plea on ‘promotion. Tariq Masood, another employee of FBR had filed a case on ‘reduction to lower stages’.

Irshad Ghafoor, Muhammad Chanzeb, Ashraf Noor, Hayat Muhammad Khan, Azeem Khan, Syed Asifullah and others had filed cases carrying complaints against FBR regarding their promotion at the department.
