FST to hear various cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: A variety of cases lodged by the employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will be heard by two division benches of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Thursday.

The FBR employees had filed the cases carrying complaints regarding ‘removal from service’, reversion of service and implementation.

The FST division bench, comprising Members, Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed, would hear complaints of ‘reversion of service’ filed by Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Ishtiaque and Aurangzeb.

They had submitted complaints subsequent to their degradation to lower scale of service.  The bench would hear only one ‘implementation’ case submitted by Salahuddin Khan .

Another bench of FST, comprising Syed M Hamid and M Javed Iqbal Kasi will hear implementation cases submitted by Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed Ahmed and Said Hussain Abbasi. They had approached the tribunal to ensure implementation over FST’s old decision given in their favor
