Syed Rafique Hussain and Dr Nazir Saeed will hear Abdul Hakim Khan’s petition on ‘implementation’, Abida Aslam Rathor’s case on reversion, Shafqat Rasool Sindhu’s submission on censure, and Aleem Ahmed’s case about his seniority.

The bench would also hear cases filed by M Waheed, Anjum Rasheed, Waseem Iqbal, Said Hussain Abbasi and Abdul Sattar.

Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed, and Said Hussain Abbasi had filed complaints on ‘implementation’ while Abdul Sattar had submitted a complaint about ‘withholding of three increments’.

Another bench of FST, comprising Ishtiaq Ahmed and M Javed Iqbal Kasi will resume hearing of some other references filed by Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Ishtiaque and Aurangzeb. They had filed these complaints challenging reversion. They had filed their cases in 2016.

Another appellant had filed complaint about implementation by Syed Sultan Abbas. Same bench heard the cases asking the tribunal to ensure implementation over its earlier announced decision which was not yet compiled by the board authorities.
