Inamul Haq, Muhammad Haroon, Moosa Jamali and Ajmal Khan had filed these cases. The petitioners are the FBR employees and made submissions for due promotions in the department.

The counsel for the FBR had filed objections on the cases which meant the department would contest the case before the tribunal.

Meanwhile, another bench of FST comprising Members, Syed Muhammad Hamid and Syed Rafique Hussain Shah would also hear cases against FBR. Aziz ur Rehman and Tariq Tanveer had filed complaints on “implementation” and “dismissal” from job. Rehman sought implementations over FST earlier given decision while Tanveer had challenged his dismissal from services before the tribunal.
