Two FST benches to hear 7 cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: Two divisional benches of Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear seven cases filed by the employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Wednesday (today).

FST divisional bench comprising of Members, Arshad Bhatti and Javed Iqbnal Kasi would hold hearing of only one case. The appellant in the case, Abdur Rashid had filed a complaint against FBR praying the court to direct FBR on providing him allowances pertaining to his services.

Another divisional bench of the FST, comprising of Members, Rafique Shah and Syed Muhammad Hamid would hear three cases.

Appellants in these cases were, Salahud Din who had filed petition seeking implementation over FST old decision; Abdul Ghaffar, for promotion and Anjum Moinuddin, for implementation.

Meanwhile, bench comprising of Javed Iqbal Kasi and Ishtiaq Ahmed would hear three other cases filed by Nawab Khan, M Ilyas and Shafqat Mehmood.
